The Wayward Vagabond is one of the exiles from the black kingdom and the creatures living on post-apocalypse Earth. He communicates with John through a computer, giving orders and guiding the other along. He tends to type in two ways, CAPSLOCK meaning rude and lower case meaning polite. He has read up on human eitquitte and will try to be polite unless his short temper is provoked. He enjoys cookies and sode, finding it ludacris if someone does not.
He is the Mayor of Can Town, as well as the Mayor of Exile Town, both ones he made up with cans and chalk. He seems to have a strange obsession with the color green, and is much more intelligent than he seems. He despises kings and holds democracy up high. He tries his best to help John, but the other seems resistant and ignorant to his orders at most times.
